I help them reach the clients and customers who want what they’ve got. I create language for service providers interacting with prospects via email that leads to meetings and I create a structured script for prospective client meetings that closes business without pressure.

I help brands and organizations that want to build a movement around their work cultivate engaged and passionate audiences.  I create strategies to nurture early adopters, power users and evangelists; I create newsletter campaigns that readers are eager to open and forward; and I orchestrate digital and in-person events with sky-high attendance rates.

Recent Wins

Plan C Founder Op-Ed Published in Teen Vogue

The founders of Plan C Pills wished to raise public awareness of “advance provision,” the practice of procuring abortion pills to have on hand in the event that they’re needed.  Instead of contributing to discourse and debate on the op-ed page of a major newspaper, I guided the founders to write an op-ed for a publication read by readers of reproductive age who could take action. I shepherded the draft through multiple rounds of revisions by the Plan C team, and the op-ed was published by our first choice publication, Teen Vogue.

Recovery for All Subject of NPR Fresh Air Segment

One of Recovery For All’s issue priorities in the 2022 Connecticut legislative season was lobbying for a significant tax credit for low-income working people in Connecticut.  I placed this dedicated NPR “Fresh Air” segment on the Earned Income Tax Credit expansion featuring Recovery For All leaders and the lawmakers who brought home the legislative win, that was aired on both Connecticut Public Radio and over national NPR airwaves.

Exceeding Registration Goals for a Tour of MBA Fairs at the 11th Hour

Three weeks in advance of the Forté Foundation’s MBA Forums, a nationwide tour of MBA fairs that help prospective women MBAs gain acceptance to top business schools, registrations were not where they needed to be. I retooled the marketing copy, created a more direct user journey on the registration page, and performed outreach to women business leaders who promoted the MBA tour to their audiences on LinkedIn.  Registrations soared over 6,000, exceeding the original registration goal.
